It is situated 20 minutes from Cannes and 45 minutes from Nice, in a rural location at the end of a peaceful residential lane. It backs onto open farmland with fabulous views of the mountains from the terraces and the breakfast table! There are beautiful walks through the relaxing pine forests from the front door. A 15-20 minute walk takes you into the medieval hilltop village of Callian with a number of very good restaurants, Boucherie, Boulangerie, Pharmacie and general store. The Village is gorgeous and unspoiled with breathtaking views.
